On May 21st, families across the globe joined us for a special Family Meditation Flash Mob in celebration of World Meditation Day. It was a beautiful moment of collective mindfulness and connection. We led our friends through a guided loving-kindness meditation called Rays of Sunshine from our Mindful Moments mindfulness exercises and affirmations card deck. After we enjoyed the positive rays of warmth and love from the sun, we turned loving vibes outward to the rest of the world. It was quite lovely!
