Mindful Moments can be used indoors or outdoors. The key is to have an environment that is comfortable for you and your child, such that you can have fun and explore what's happening within and around you.
We are firm believers that everyone can learn how to meditate! The Mindful Moments card deck is designed for children (and adults) 2 years and up, and the book is great for all ages.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Orders can take 3 to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We currently ship to US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. To inquire about international shipping, please reach out.
Free US media mail shipping for orders over $35 USD. Your product is estimated to arrive within 2-10 business days. If you need something faster, please reach out and ask. We'll see what we can do to help!
Please note that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are expected to take longer.
We are required to charge sales tax in certain states. Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
